【学会発表】スリミング化粧品の研究開発について。

　今回、日華化学株式会社との共同研究により天然生薬Sophora Flavescens Ation（和名：クララ）を
含有したスリミング化粧品を開発したのでその詳細を報告する。外用で抗肥満効果を発現しうる化粧品
の開発を目的に、in vitroにおけるリパーゼの脂肪分解反応を指標として、41種の生薬のスクリーニング
を行い、脂肪分解を促進させる生薬を見出した。次に、リパーゼ活性が認められた生薬混合物で抗肥満
に関する実験を実施した。in vivo（マウス）において、生薬エキスの塗布により、抗肥満効果を認めた。
生薬エキスとスクワランの併用で、効果が増大することも確認できた。また健康な成人女性25名の
モニターによる試験でもおおむね良好な結果が得られた。安全性に関しても各種血液検査において
異常を認めず、皮膚障害も出現しないことを確認した。

This report will be on the research and development of slimming cosmetic products containing the
natural product, Sophora Flavescens Ation, that were developed in a joint collaboration with Nicca
Chemical Co., Ltd. On the premise of trying to develop a anti-obesity product that was effective when
applied topically, we examined the 41 diet-related natural products for their adipose breakdown reaction
index of the lipase enzyme in vitro. By this process, we discovered a natural medicine which stimulates the break down of fat. Next, using a mixture of natural medicines that were recognized to have lipase activity, we conducted a test. This in vivo test (mice) showed the anti-obesity effect of above
stated mixture when applied topically. Combining this natural extract with squalane increased the
effectiveness of the product. In addition, results of a monitor sample of 25 healthy women showed
generally favorable results from the use of the product. Related to safety, every blood test performed
showed no abnormalities as well as not one case of dermopathy was reported.
